Crisis Support: 
Mental health resources and helplines

Contact your GP or Care Coordinator if you have one. They are your first port of call if you are feeling worse, both physically and mentally, or if you feel you require medication or need to change your medication.  Ask for an urgent/emergency appointment if necessary. 

 

South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust Crisis Support 

24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line - 0800 028 8000.  

For a child or young person contact the SLP CAMHS Crisis Line on 0203 228 5980, Monday to Friday 5pm – 11pm, and Saturday, Sunday, and BHs 9am – 11pm.

If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe, if you have harmed yourself, or you feel you are at immediate risk of harming yourself or others, ring 999 for an ambulance or go to A&E (Kingston Hospital NHS Trust, Galsworthy Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7QB).

The Maytree

The Maytree is a London based charity that supports people through suicidal period, offering a one-off 4 night/5 day stay.
